Fitness Planning Program


Join us online on Mondays from 8:30-9:10am as we do our fitness planning for the week. This is a great opportunity for students to learn to plan 4-5 days a week of fitness that they do on their own. Students will learn to choose from a menu of options to help create an active lifestyle that is independently driven.
