Winter Motivation Mondays

Join us through the holiday season by starting off your week with a great workout! We will be meeting at Eastside Athletic Club for three weeks for a great full body workout through-out the December. Participants will join us for our in-person workouts on Monday where they will do a variety of cardio, strength training and swimming. This will be followed by creating a fitness plan for the rest of the week. Students can chose a goal of 4-6 days of exercise and receive coaching and accountability with their fitness plan. Students can choose after our three weeks of Motivation Mondays, to develop a customized fitness plan for the remaining weeks before our next 8-week winter term begins.

This is a great fit for students who are independent and have experience working out in a gym.

Dates for in person training:

Monday November 28th- 12:00-2:30pm (Eastside Athletic Club)

Monday December 5th- 12:00-2:30pm (Eastside Athletic Club)

Monday December 12th- 12:00-2:30pm (Eastside Athletic Club)

Cost: $500.00*

*This program will have additional fees to cover passes to gym.
